I have some appliances that need to be tested and tagged - how often do they have to be done?

Testing and tagging is completed to AS/NZS 3760:2010 which specifies how regularly appliances must be tested according to their type and environment. The shortest length is 3 monthly and this goes right through to 5 yearly (for appliances in an office environment).

Can you check the wiring in a house before I put in an offer or purchase it?

Yes, we would be more than happy to give you an appraisal on the electrical wiring in your new investment

Do I call an electrician or plumber for hot water cylinder faults?

If your water is either too cold or too hot you require an electrician. If the cylinder is leaking or you have no water flowing, then call a plumber. [we can arrange a plumber for you as well].
